Drews Road Shopping Centre

After purchase by Capital One, this property was expanded over adjacent land and redeveloped into a thriving neighborhood centre. New works included a 600 sqM IGA, a new childcare centre and upgrading of another seven specialty shops. Drews Road is now a thriving centre and is popular with local residents.
Bronzewing Cottages King Island
(This property was sold in December 2022)
This remarkable property is situated on the east coast of King Island. The region is highly regarded for tourism and golf. The economy of King Island is underpinned by a strong beef industry, as well as a mining operation. The Bronzewing property is well established as rental accommodation.
Tansey Drive Shopping Centre
Tansey Drive Tanah Merah
Tansey Drive Centre in Tanah Merah was purchased by Capital One and upgraded with the construction of two new shops as well as an alfresco restaurant.
On Q Centre
Queens Road Everton Hills
Known as OnQ, this significant property has been one of Capital One’s largest investments. On 5,035 sqM of land, 10 klm from Brisbane CBD, the 2-level building of tilt-up construction comprises 2,019 sqM NLA, including a 570 sqM IGA, 770 sqM office space, medical and specialty tenancies and parking for 117 vehicles.
These three retail properties have all been sold by Capital One. Each was fully leased at the time of sale. They were all functioning well. The sale prices were reflective of high-quality retail property.
After selling the shopping centres, Capital One shifted its focus to industrial property.
